Amabere ga Nyina Mwiru caves a great historical and cultural site for the Batoro people in Fort portal city in western Uganda. These caves situated in Nyakasura about 10km from Fort Portal the Tourism City in Kabarole District, off Bundibugyo road.

The Amabere ga Nyina Mwiru caves a unique Tourist attraction made of stalactites and stalagmites. Visiting the Amabere caves is so rewarding especially to the cultural and historical tourists, there are many other tourist attractions around the caves which visitors can see and they include; explosion crater lakes for example, Lake Kigere, Lake Nyabikyere and the waterfalls that locals call the natural shower.

The Amabere ga Nyina Mwiru caves in Fort Portal added to a Trip to Kibale Forest National Park for chimpanzee tracking, or a Tour to Semuliki National Park to see the Sempaya hot springs. Aruu Falls

Aruu Falls are beautiful waterfalls located in Pader district in Northern Uganda along the Gulu-Kitgum highway. The falls are approximately 386km from Uganda’s Capital City Kampala, 47km from Gulu and 57km from Kitgum. It takes about 4 to 6 hours to reach Aruu falls from Kampala City via the Gulu-Kitgum highway.

Aruu falls are one of the most interesting waterfalls to visit, they are cascading streams of roaring waterfalls that offer a thrilling, Adventurous and Unforgettable experience. These waterfalls are a must- visit destination for a breathtaking experience while on a Uganda safari to Kidepo Valley National Park. This magnificent falls looks incredible as the waters fall over the rocks.

Aruu falls are some of Uganda’s hidden treasures and beauties, visitors are in awe of how spectacular the Aruu falls are. The visitors to the falls enjoy several water adventures and hiking through jagged rocks to reach the falls’ apex.

The stunning Aruu Falls is a sight to behold with each section of the waterfall improving as you hike around it. Visitors to Aruu Falls however, should keep in mind that the rocks are slippery as one descends and they should be prepared to put off their shoes to cross the river barefoot. In addition, it’s best to be cautious with phones and cameras if you must bring them.
